Returns

It is our mission to deliver your order fast and accurately. We have taken extra steps to ensure that orders are delivered as expected. Unfortunately sometimes mistakes happen, and when they do, we want to take care of them pronto. We have put in place a “Hassle Free” return program to make the return process quick and easy.

RETURNS

To make a return, please contact our customer service department within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will assist you with the return process. All returns must be unwashed, unworn and in the original packaging. It is very important we receive the item with the original packaging. Used items are not eligible for return.

Incorrect orders: We pay for the shipping both ways.
If you received a product that is not what you ordered, we will exchange the item for you at no charge.
