To make a return, please contact our customer service department within 60 days of the date of purchase and we will assist you with the return process.

  • All returns must be unwashed, unworn and in the original packaging. It is very important we receive the item with the original packaging. Used items are not eligible for return unless specified by manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee for hygienic reasons.
  • We will refund 100% (less shipping charges) on items that are returned in new condition within 60 days from the date of purchase. We will issue a refund for 50% if products have been opened/used, as they are no longer in resellable condition, within 60 days from the date of purchase. Please note that if your order was placed with free shipping, a 10% (or a minimum of $3.50) restocking fee will be deducted from the credit of the returned product.

Exchanges: If you’d like to make an exchange, you may place a new order with free shipping by contacting our customer service department. Once we receive the return, you will be fully refunded (less shipping charges).
Defective Items: If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will gladly provide you with a refund or a replacement at no charge.
Incorrect Orders: If you received a product that is not what you ordered, we will exchange the item for you at no charge. Call us for a Pre-Paid Return Postage label 888-473-3762.

  • Additional shipping fees may be charged after order is processed if shipping information is not accurate.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged in any way, unless the damage is due to a defect in the product or as a result of damage during shipping by us.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • We are unable to accept returns on international orders (i.e., Canada).
  • Please note that for orders to Canada, tax duty brokerage fees will be applied by customs which will not be refunded.

Once we receive the merchandise back from you, we will send you an email confirming that your return has been processed. If a refund is due, we will issue a credit at that time.

Please allow at least 10 business days for your return to be processed.
