I used to have the worst back pain just from standing around/walking for a long time. Im only 18 so I refused to believe I already had back problems. I bought these things and some new shoes and bam, never felt better. Seriously though, try these and you will wonder how you ever survived in your old shoes. Especially if you are wearing Vans or casual shoes that wear out/ have no support to start. plus its 17$ to save you from unnecessary things like "back to life" which cost hundreds

I use the orange superfeet for golf, and the 3/4 easy fit for my work shoes. They are terrific!!!

These are little miracles ! Save your co-pay to the pediatrist and just buy them. I've told everyone with the plantar faciitis problem and they've helped us all !

Perfect. I use green superfeet in my jogging shoes to help with Plantar Fasciitis but those did not work in dress shoes. I was concerned that these would also make the shoes too tight. No problem. All is well the heel is well supported.

I had previously been using the green superfeet in my running shoes, but those were too thick to use with my dress shoes. As a size 13, the F size insole fit well and made my dress shoes much more comfortable. I'm on my feet most of the day at work, and my feet aren't as fatigued when I get home as they used to be. I will definitely be buying more pairs of insoles in the future.

| Really relieved my flat-footed pain. Like the convenience of the 3/4 size, easy to pull it out and put it into another shoe.
