| These are so amazing. When wearing heels they provide the prefect support. Have you ever worn heels all night and had an intense pain in your arch... This prevents all of that due to the great support! |

| These small pieces of plastic are really quite amazing...I have arthritis in my great toes and flat feet, and most shoes present a challenge. I am now able to wear several pairs of my shoes comfortably that I was ready to get rid of! I would recommend highly. |

| I had never been able to wear heels b/c it was beyond painful. I then purchased these and it was like walking on the floor, with every part of my foot making contact. I am now able to wear heels which is awesome! I recommend these to anyone who has a high arch! |

| These are wonderful. I have a high arch and they fit in my shoes without slippage. Makes wearing heels much more comfortable. I have the pair for flats as well..they really help your feet feel better |

| I have a high arch and these make it possible to wear lots of different kinds of shoes. I don't use the velcro dots but have no problem with slippage in the shoes. Great item! I also have some for flats. |

| most affordable place to buy these inserts. high heel inserts are comfortable ordered my true shoe size. didn't need the velcro and no slippage for me. I'm going to order a second pair for flats now that i know it works for me. |
