| I'm on my third pair of the Blues. I use them in my running shoes keep everything aligned. I usually change them out after every 1000 miles (every other pair of shoes) and that seems to be good. I take out the insole that comes in the shoes (Brooks) and use the Blues in their place. I find that the shoe volume is about equal when I do this. Replacing the insoles with the Greens makes the shoes too tight for me.

| Bought these for my daughter who was diagnosed with Planter Ficitis and her doctor recommended these insoles. THEY WORK! My daughters pain has been relieved (and she is a fast pitch softball pitcher)! I would definately buy these if you have PF and will probably buy another set for her other shoes. Thank you! |

| I have arthritis in my knees and my doctor recommended Superfeet insoles instead of 10x as expensive custom orthotics. They took a little adjustment since my arches are falling, but after a day or two, my feet and knees feel much better! My balance is better because my feet are stable. Along with some physical therapy, these insoles are saving my knees! |

| I love my superfeet! Iam a fitness instructor and we do lots of lateral movements and I tend to pornate my right foot as well as have high arches and superfeet has helped me tremendousely. Besideskeeping the longevity of your shoes I have felt nothing but positive effects from superfeet, just remember to remove your old insoles! |

| I bought these for my daughter for her soccer cleats. She had never worn an insole before. I was a little nervous about it possible hurting her foot...but her arch looks high like mine. She said they felt great! Now she's really ready to rock! |

| I have recently started having pain in my heels, followed by pain in one of my arches. My Podiatrist suggested that I try these insoles.
Awesome product!
I use the blue ones in softball cleats and golf shoes. |

| My physical therapist suggested these insoles when she noticed I was walking flat rather than bending and rolling the foot after surgery for a new knee. My flat feet and a huge bunion were creating a problem. After inserting the superfeet blue into new shoes, my feet feel much better when I walk. |

| Not bad. Decent support but still not great arch support. Decent cushioning. Great fit in the tighter dress shoes. I wish I could get some Powerstep pro plus. Powerstep has real good arch support and their site says the pluses fit better in tight shoes better than their plain pros. |

| I have had flat feet all of my life and was very skeptical about wearing arch supports. The first time I used them I hated them and took them out of my shoes within minutes. After a few days I decided to try them again, so I put them back in my shoes and went for a walk outside. I hobbled along for the first mile, but after a while my arches didn't hurt anymore. I now try to wear them for at least two hours every day and I can honestly say that I look forward to putting them on. |

| These are very hard and painful to my feet. I have flat feet and doctor recommended I buy inserts. I have tried to get used to them, but my feet are unbearably sore after wearing them for short times. Perhaps they are just not for flat feet? |

| I run track in college, and I know that wearing Superfeet, along with having a good pair of running shoes, saves me a lot of time in the training room. I started having a problem with tendinitis in my feet and ankles this past spring, but after one week in new shoes with Superfeet, all my pain was gone! |

| These worked wonders for the pain I have for plantar fascitis. When I inadvertently wear my "back up" shoes without the inserts, the pain is back that evening. Will get a few more pairs, no trimming necessary. |
