| Been ordering these for years now. They feel a bit bulky, but they get the job done better than any other insole I've tried. Much better than the insoles that come with any running shoe! |

| I love these and have been wearing them for almost 10 years. I automatically purchase a pair when I buy new shoes, because they made a dramatic difference in the incidence of injuries after I started wearing them. I've found that they improve any pair of running shoes. |

| I still need to put foam under the arches of these insoles for support, and to grind the painful sharp edges off the foam around the gel. I will try no gel full length arch support insoles next. |

| These were prescribed for me years ago by my podiatrist. I have worn them ever since. Whenever I buy new shoes, I tear out the inner sole and replace them with the walker/runners. |

| After having heel spurs, my podiatrist recommended Spenco insoles for my sneakers. Since I started wearing them about 5 years ago, I have not stopped. They protect my heels from any damage, and no sneaker feels comfortable unless I insert Spenco into them. Thank you Spenco. |
