I've never worn insoles until I, had to have ankle surgery. And my husband thinks Spenco is the best ever he has told all his friends and have even purchased some for them so in saying that I, looked and read on every womens insole by spenco and this was the one I, will not wear anything in my shoes but, these Spenco Total Support with Q factor they are the best. I have bought 3 pair so if you are looking get these you want be disapointed.

I have suffered with plantar fasciitis for 2 years. I had prescribed ortopedic insoles that made the problem worse. I tried several over the counter products with no relief. I read about the Q factor and tried these insoles. My feet have improved 99% after only 3 months. I am back walking 3 miles a day with NO PAIN. I love these insoles.

I've had both my knees replaced in 08, and these inserts have really helped in keeping my knees, and hips alligned properly. I have tried going with out them but my knees, hips and feet start to hurt!!
