| I have Chronic Mayofacial Pain in my legs and have seen great improvement in the amount of pain in my legs since using these inserts. I have the regular inserts for my walking shoes but these work better in my work dress shoes. |

| I have used this product for over a decade for running as well as long distance hiking. These are the best support system I have found to date. Prior to use of Spenco I had repeated problems with heal and knee pain as well as generally sore feet after long runs/hikes. Spenco saved the day for me! |

| Over the years, I've tried a few different arch supports. Most were comfortable, but they were too thick to fit in most of my slimmer sneakers. These ones are awesome. My feet get the support they need and my shoes still fit perfectly. |
