I have been wearing Crocs around the house because of all the tile we have. My back, legs and knees have started to hurt and now I have arthritis in the knees. I saw these and decided to purchase them not knowing which shoes to use them in but when I got them I put them in my Crocs and Wow what a difference. They help with my high arches and no more leg pain from the tile.

I have been using this product for years. Don't know if I need to or not, but I change them about every 3 months or so. I use them in my tennis shoes and play on average 3 times a week. I do feel they have helped alleviate the pain in my knees. First pair I owned, I remember thinking, "amazing".

I am always so pleased with the products AND service from Red Rock - that's why I'm a repeat customer, too! I've tried many of the insoles sold here but have settled on the Q factors as the best for me and for women. I have had both knees replaced, both achilles tendons repaired and a severe ankle break pinned back together. The Spencos have helped me walk again. I don't think I'll ever be without them.

I don"t need a chiropractor any more. |

I highly recommend these insoles. I am a repeat customer for the Q Factor Cushioning Insoles. They are much better than gel insoles. Spenco's Q-Factor insoles hold up very well. I'm on my feet 7.5 hours a day, walking on tile floors in my work boots. These insoles fit perfectly in my work shoes (7.5), no special alterations involved (I didn't have to cut the insoles).

It says not to be used by diabetics...I don't know why but I'm a diabetic who uses these because I've had both my knees replaced and this makes my feet feel great!!

These are very comfortable and cushy, they prevent my feet from becoming 'tired' and achey. I am buying a pair for every shoe I own!

My podiatrist recommended these insoles. I needed support in closed-in shoes to heal cracks/deep fissures on my heels due to wearing sandals. I was so pleased with my first pair of insoles (i.e. walking felt good/natural) that I bought 4 more pairs for all my athletic and closed-in shoes. They gave me almost instant relief!
