Had been using Spenco 3/4 length gel insoles for years- heavy walking and trail hiking. Found I couldn't get them any more in my size so I decided to try a pair of Spenco IronMan Gel insoles. Always keep several pairs of the Spenco Ironman Gel Insoles for any shoe or sneaker i use when i run, walk or workout. Instead of buying an expensive orthotic costing $200 to $500 dollars a pair i used a combo of Spenco Gel Insole, Walkfit Arch Support and a Tullis heavy duty Heel Cup for running! Used all together your feet feel great like its on sofas! All less than $60 bucks! Starting using the Spenco Gel Insoles when i developed Plantar Fasciitis 2 years ago, feet are floating nowwwww!
