| I bought a few pairs of these inserts for my cowboy boots. They are spongy and tremendously comfortable. I served 20 years in the Marine Corps and had a hard time searching for inserts for my combat boots. I wish I would have known about these inserts for all the humps/hikes we went on. |

| I purchased these for a great lady who is the janitor at the school where I teach. She had been having knee problems, lower back problems, and was waking up with pain in her legs at night. I surprised her with a pair of these, which she call her "cush cush" insoles and it has dramatically improved her quality of life at school and her sleep at night. She is so thrilled with them and I have a friend for life. |

| These Heavy Duty verison are way more durable then the normal verison. If you stand and walk a lot at your job these are a must have! |
