Good for slip-ons, flats

The heel cups slipped inside my regular tennis shoes and work boots. The gray portion of the heel cup began to seperate. The heel cups work best with a narrower/tighter fit shoe. They worked well with my slip-ons (no laced shoes) and my dressy flats, which both fit snug on me. My feet were pain-free the next day.

Unfortunately these were not what i had expected and they slipped inside the shoe. I have returned them. They need to be a thicker cushion for the heel and stay in the shoe to work.
