| I have worn these for years for therapy for my heel spurs. It keeps the inflammation down. I add the gel insoles as well. It all about the cushion! They last at least 6 months to a year of daily use. |

| For about a year, back around 1992, I was experiencing great pain from plantar fascitis. One day I mentioned it to a colleague and he recommended Spenco Cross Trainers. Another colleague overheard the conversation and said he was using them too, so I fugured I might give them a try. I did and not only did the pain go away but since then as soon as I get a new pair of shoes I pull out the insoles and stick in a pair of Spenco's. I don't want to take chances. |

| I primarily bought these for my son who has no arch what-so-ever and "spill-over" flat onto the ground when barefoot. After trying several cheap brands, he tried these and no longer has the achy, painful feeling in his feet, knees and lower back when doing physical activity. My husband tried one and he too commented on how much better he feels after just using them for 1 month. He wishes he tried these sooner in his life. Thanks for offering such a great product at a great price :) |

| Have loved these since I first bought them when I was having trouble standing on my feet all day at work.
Had the ARCH support I needed (though I did go for a little more later with a "egg cusion" dirrectly under arch) were very comfy in the toe & heel areas & also had that 1yr guarantee!!! Gotta love that! Overall Great for those needing some cusion from concrete floors & relief from arch pain! |

| Not only do I have these inserts, but I have also purchased them for a very good friend, as well. I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have these particular inserts at the time. They were the only reason I was able to walk. Thank you so much for these wonderfully soft, cushioney and comfortable inserts. |

| I have used these insoles for a very long time. I wear them all the time and on the ball of my foot the cushion wears down faster than it did 2-3 years ago. Have you changed something?
I use these and the orthotic full length arch supports. I need the cushion. |

| I was very disappointed in these insoles. I am looking for an insole that is cushiony, and these were not cushiony at all. I thought that by reading reviews, I was getting what I wanted, but so not true. I also didnt like the fact that there were no lines to show where to trim for the correct size. |

| So happy to have found this website and these insoles. I've had to wear orthodics for fallen arches and Plantar's fasciitis from years of high performance athletics. Cannot believe how much I've spent on "custom" inserts when these work as well if not better. Fit perfectly, gives the necessary support. Very satisfied with price + free S/H. |

| I was looking for some extra cushion for my running shoes. I tried these insoles for a while. I began to notice that after a while my shoe starts feeling really heavy. So, I do recc if you have some extra cushion but beware they are going to make your feet feel heavy. I guess you can't have the best of both worlds. |

| I have been using these insoles for years now. Great product!! When I was still working I spent all day on my feet and at the end of the day my feet were killing me. I went to a foot Doctor who made me a special set of orthotics for like $300.00. Trust me, these Spenco insoles are ten times better, and I can buy many ,many more for $300.00! I highly recommend them. |

| My wife and I do a lot of walking and she complained of heel pain. My foot doc suggested these for both of us and directed me to this website. I bought her 2 pairs and she was skeptical, havent heard the complaints in 3 weeks. Now on to fix the other 1000+ complaints. |

instantly makes any shoe more comfortable. Running with them is excellent,and playing sports in the is the best for my knees.

| I originally bought the Spenco Cross Trainer w/ PolySorb (38-034) as recommended by my podiatrist. Had looked in several stores to buy more and hadn't been able to find them. Finally found them on the internet at your store (Hurrah). Bought 3 pairs and now have them in all of my sports shoes. They are the best. |

| These crosstrainer insoles are great. I am on my third pair now - i do bench step aerobics twice a week and insoles wear out pretty quick. These last me at least 6 mnths and my knees have been appreciating them! |

| My doctor first introduced me to the Spenco Polysorb insole and it was so helpful I have ordered them from this company and worn them since that time. My daughter works on her feet on concrete and one day as she complained about pain I let her wear my insole. She will now be wearing them every day also. |

| Our son has large feet & needed these insoles in time for Marching Band Spring Training, where he was to put in 12-hr days on the field marching. The stores near us only had smaller sizes. | I was advised by my doctor to get "good quality" insoles for all my shoes for cushioning under the ball and forefoot. The Spenco cross-trainer insoles are in all my New Balance shoes, and are working great.
They have relieved a lot of the discomfort in my forefoot. Even bought a pair for my Doc Martins. |

I have ordered the Spenco Cross Trainer, & the Spenco Arch Support inserts, for my husband. He has specially made orthotics (that we paid BIG money for), & he prefers the Spencos. These insoles have completely resolved my heel pain. I have spent several hundred dollars on expensive inserts but the Spenco Cross Trainer has finally given me full relief of foot pain. |
