I bought a three of these and three LG ones just in case... but these are great in certain shoes... my podiatrist actually recomended these.. they're really great.. i tried the gel ones and gave them to my friend that has absolutely no feet problems because she didn't really notice the difference- but i did-- so better off getting these instead of any gel ones... great purchase..

I've enjoyed many Spenco products. Metatarsal cushions included in my order #B54667 are great. They've alleviated some discomfort in both feet. I've struggled with a pretty severe case of Plantar Fascitiis as well as Hallus Rigitis.

I like these because you can position them exactly where you need them, rather than trying to find an insole that fits your foot or shoe.
