| I purchased these because of a friend's recommendation to help 'cure' my aching knees during my marathon training. I'd have to admit they took some time to get used to, but I think they did help and now I won't run without them! (BTW I also starting seeing a chiropractor, so I can't attribute my pain relief completely to the insoles - BUT I'm not going to alter my gear now that I'm able to focus on training and not pain management!) |

| Diagnosed with a heel spur, ordered these on my podiatrist's recommendation while I awaited custom-made orthotics. These worked great, cushioned my foot, supported my arch comfortably, and I was able to walk again without extreme pain. The 3/4 length is perfect, as it not only fit in my sneakers, but also several pairs of regular shoes. Have recommended to my co-workers too. |

| Started with the Spenco Arch Supports for my plantar fasciitis as recommended by a sports trainer. Pain is gone, fascia is healed. Continue to wear supports in all shoes yet as a preventative measure. Would, and do, heartily recommend! |

| I started wearing them in my baseball cleats and they definitely helped relieve the pain from shin splints and also my feet and knees don't get as sore. I'm going to buy another 2 pairs to use in my tennis shoes and dress shoes. |

| I've probably tried every insole on the market for pain from Plantar Fasciitis and this one is the only one that helped stop the pain. They are even more comfortable than my custom made insoles. I definitely recommend them! |
