| If you pronate, these sturdy arch supports will save your ankles and knees. Wear very well, yet super comfy. I have them in everything from running shoes to winter boots. Service was great at best insoles, too |

| I have plantar fasciitis and was told these would help. They are nice for some extra cushion but my feet actually hurt more with these in my shoes. Also I have only had them for a short while and the heel on one is already wearing out. Any suggestions for relief for plantar fasciitis? |

| Not as expected. Not enough support. I thought they would have more arch support along with a cushion. I was expecting more stabilizing support. My foot tends to move around in my shoe with these in them. |

| They worked fine on my feet. The only problem was that they seemed to last less than a year. There is a one-year unconditional guarantee, but it hardly seems worth the postage to make use of the guarantee. |

| The Spenco full length arch cusions work great for running shoes. The lack of heel lift is a plus since it doesn't force your toes forward. |
