These arch support cushion insoles use a closed-cell, nitrogen-injected material to absorb shock and impact so that your feet and arches don't have to. A soft, flexible arch support cushion is built into each insole, offering additional stability and the arch support necessary to maintain proper foot position. Using the Spenco® Arch Cushion 3/4 Length RX™ insoles you'll experience more comfort while managing less friction and heat build-up within the shoe, conditions that can lead to blistering and calluses.
