I must have bought ten pairs of these since I discovered them in 2008, maybe more. I now date them on the bottom, so I know how long I have had them. Wear them in all my athletic type shoes. Tried other ones, these are the only ones that work for me--need extra padding for just walking and working because of knee problems. Just the right amount of arch support--don't feel like they are "poking" you.

I have been purchasing these inserts for many years and they keep making them a little thinner:( They have improved the exterior cover over the years so that is more comfortable/breathable. I still buy them but they aren't the quality they were "in the good old days".

These are very good insoles, but I think I need the SofSole insoles made for women with a higher arch. I guess my arches are higher than "Normal". I will be ordering the SofSole Women's Arch Insole next. These are fine, though, for women with normal arches.

I think the old version of the athletes insole was awesome!! Since they updated the insoles I don't think they have the cushioning or support they used to have.
