I was disappointed in these insoles. I thought I had bought the same insole as the one in stores, but there was a visible difference in the thickness of the new one vs my old insoles. I wore them for two days at work and my feet hurt really bad. I was happy with the price, shipping and the fact that I could get my size without cutting them, but I will not buy this product again. I guess I will go back to buying what is available and cutting them to size.

The inserts fit in my sneakers just fine. I also use them in my golf shoes. At the end of the day my feet are feel like I've been walking on clouds!

When it says fit's size 9-10.5 what they mean is that you can measure and cut by hand the insole to fit your shoe. I don't want to be a tailor, I want to buy insoles that just fit, or at least are very close. I bought these (9-10.5) for a size 9.5 shoe and they were *way* too big. Not only do I have no idea how to measure the inside of a shoe, I do not have the tools to properly cut an insole up to fit.

Great product, used them in both new and "mid-life" Asics - really improves the rocky trail running cushioning.

| My family and I dance at Native American Indian Pow wows and when we are done for the day our feet are always hurting and sore from stomping the ground all day and evening. I thought that the insoles I bought were going to be just another insert to stick in my mocs, but I was wrong. they are the best I have bought and I will probably be buying a couple more to have as spares. I thank you and our feet thank you for the great product.
