SHIPPING
Depending on size, our primary shipping method is either USPS Priority mail or First Class "tracked" delivery. The US Post Office says 3 days for Priority and estimates 3 days for First Class Tracked deliveries. A tip is, if you order 2-3 or more insoles, it will more than likely be shipped Priority mail. You can select an option to upgrade the shipping method for an additional charge that will be automatically calculated and added to your order during the checkout process. Please allow 7-10 business days (monday-friday) for your order to arrive before contacting Best Insoles about your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. When placing an International order please understand that the order MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE CREDIT CARD HOLDERS BILLING ADDRESS. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. We do not mark items as "gifts". Orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days from the date of shipment. However, there are many delays that may occur that are beyond our control caused by such things as weather, language barriers, duties, taxes, import restrictions, and customs services. We ask that you allow for up to 30-45 days from the date of shipment for the delivery of international orders.

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. If you return a product to us, you will be the exporter from the destination country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our fulfillment centers.

RETURNS
If you have received an order that is not what you ordered, damaged in shipping or needed to be returned under the manufactures warranty, you can use our automated Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system. Simply click, on the RETURNS button and fill in the online form. After filling in the form you hit the send by email button, and RMA request comes to us instantly. The form is simple and quick. Just make sure to have your Order number and Item number. You can get these in YOUR ACCOUNT under ORDERS.

After you have completed the RMA form, please print it out and put a copy in with the item you are shipping back to us.
