I love the football shaped massager. I keep it under my desk and just roll my foot over it while on my computer. The nighttime splint just didn't work for me. It felt like I had a too small shoe on. The arch supports actually worked better for me at night. My podiatrist said all the items were fine and could all work well. l

I bought this group of products in my concern over my plantar faciitis symptoms which had recently arisen. I wanted to do all I could about them.
I took these products to my foot specialist, and he gave me good reasons why he doesn't recommend such items for his patients with my condition.
So that lack of a ringing endorsement has cooled my enthusiasm for these products somewhat, but I use them anyway.

This group of products helped greatly with my foot pain. The company was very helpful too. I feel for anyone that suffers foot pain from plantar fasciitis.
