| I love these. I wish I could say I have no more pain, but it is certainly getting better, and better with each day. These fit in a lot of my shoes. My back pain is much better since I have used these, and I wasn't even thinking it would be affected. If I did anything, I would by more so I don't have to swithch them from shoe to shoe each time. |

| I bought this product with the hope it could help me wear shoes that I can not wear due to heel spurs. I am happy to announce that it helps. I am now able to wear a pair of white Keds and my Sperry Tod Siders all day at work. the inserts stay place and really do help with the placement of the arch and heels. I need to get another couple of pairs because my teenage sons have both tried them and they like them too! |

| These took some getting used to but, they really work. I always thought I needed more cushion for my heels. With these, my foot is in the right position and the pressure is taken off of the area that hurt so bad. It's wonderful not to have my heels hurting. |

| Thank you so much for your simple heal support. This is my husbands second pair. It took the first ones about a couple of weeks before my husband noticed the diff. He actually went thru the first right foot one. He only wore the right one. So anyway we had to get another pair since you don't sell them singly. But he is pain free, thank you.

| If you have heel pain this product is worth a shot. It has helped me walk without pain. I'm on my feet 12 to 16 hours a day. Nothing seemed to work. This product took one day. Give it a try. You have nothing to lose. |

| It took nearly a week after I started using the inserts before the pain in my right foot went away. Which was a shorter amount of time than my scheduled physical therapy. They saved me nearly $600! My share for the therapy after insurance. I recommend them highly! |

| Only have PF in the right heel but wearing these in both shoes started to cause pain in my left foot and wasn't helping my right foot so I don't use them any more. Didn't bother me at first but after 2 weeks I found both of my feet hurting by the end of the day. |

| My husband has had trouble with his feet ever since standing and walking all day in a pair of shoes with no arch support. He was in pain until we found these inserts, and now he wears them in his work boots with no pain at all. He's worn out about 5 sets so far, and they're well worth the money. |

| I purchased a pair of HTP heel cup inserts and noticed a significant decrease in heel pain. It took a couple of days to get use to the insert but I was glad I perdervered. |

| Finally the pain is relieved the first time I put it on. I have been living with excruciating pain for 3 months due to P.F. on my right heel. I could get temporary relief with born sandals, but I couldn`t wear tennies, I couldn`t power walk. Limping,hopping on one foot, sitting alot and never going bare foot became the norm. I now see the light at the end of this painfull tunnel!!! Buy these heel cup inserts !!! |
