I found this not to releive the pain. As I used this more, the plastic separated from the cold part and it was hard to get the benefit of the cold.

This product has helped my foot pain tremondously. I use the Cryoshpere when I get out of bed and again before I go to bed. It has helped midigate my foot pain without medications. I will never leave home with out my Cryosphere again!

I have tried the Cryosphere hot/cold foot massager without hot/cold. It does soothe my sore feet. The only negative I have about it is that since it is shaped like a football, it slips out from under the foot alot. Other than that, it does
soothe my foot pain! I recommend this product to others.
