The long gradual slope of the Clearly Adjustable Heel Lifts make them the most comfortable ones that I have found yet. I had been using a short, small heel lift from a chiropractor, but after wearing it for a few years I developed foot pain from a lack of arch support. After switching to the Clearly Adjustable Heel Lifts - Pain Gone!

Solid. Better than I've had in the past. I use mine for leg discrepancy and it gets the job done. Wish they went up to an inch and they sometimes come apart when placed under an insole. Easily reconstructs though!

I use the insert in my right shoe to correct a leg discrepancy. They are unnoticeable when placed under the insole. I wear them with my sandals and with sweaty feet, they slide a bit toward the arch or rear of the sandal. I think the biggest problem is the lack of structure of the shoe to keep the insert in place. I do wear them with bare feet in dancing shoes and have no problems whatsoever, even with sweaty feet. They are very discreet!

Heel lifts work very well. they do not come apart as one would assume from their construction and I am a 370# person. I use them in all my shoes to their fullist height.
