I needed a precise 4mm heel lift to compensate for a shorter leg -- and one layer of this multi-layered sole is excellent. I hope it will last for a very long time! I will switch to a different layer if this one squishes down too much -- having 2 other layers is great.
The heel lift has helped in alleviating my discomfort in my hips.

After having a total knee replacement on my left knee 4 years ago I recently discovered that my right leg is about 1/4 inch shorter than my left. The heel lift has helped in alleviating my discomfort in my hips. It is comfortable and fits my shoe perfectly.

I have osteoarthritis in my hip, and need a heel lift to even out my leg length. The adjustable lift let me try various heights to find the correct one for fit and feel. Lift is cushioned and springy. I can wear them all day comfortably.
